[There is a familiar voice from outside the open door. Ace's familiar voice even.]

"I wouldn't do that. Not if you're not looking to be dinner more than once a week."

[o ok backing off with them then]

Where should I put them?

[hunting]

"He's dealing with those ones on his own, right?"

[Glancing over at the slowly fading Crown, pleased.]

"I see you got the key back."

[deadofknight]

[sets the vials down on the floor, in a corner. but definitely not in the cabinet.]

Yep! Where should I put it?

[hunting]

[He holds out his hand.]

"I can take it back to White Lily for now."

[deadofknight]

[hands it over]

Anything else need fixing?

[hunting]

"The wolf is in bad shape, but reaching it without some sort of cure is probably more trouble than it's worth. It might be better to let that sort itself out."

[Knave quietly nudges him away from the giant hellcest...]

I'm cure-free, so I guess that's what I'll have to do.

[hunting]

[Goes to nudge Crown with his foot, as the rest of the Carnelian hero's form vanishes.]

"Anyway, I think that should be everything for now. I'll try to make sure none of the recent changes fall out of place.

You should get moving before your hunger starts to spike again."

[Shakes head]

"Only Zero can do that."

"You have your key so you should be able to get back to that area without any problems, right?"

[Heading back to the academy then?]

[yep!]

[Going to assume he's not going to want to chat with Yuuki much again and will just head for True Heart's door...]

Anyway, Zero is back at his shimmering fear wall again, just gazing. It seems just a tiiiiiiiiny bit weaker than the previous visit.

And Ace's bloodlust disappears entirely again.]

[Turning at the sound of his approach, not fully distracted.]

"You took care of Crown?"

[deadofknight]

Yeah, I took care of it.

[hunting]

[Breathes out in relief and holds out a hand, still looking pretty weary but looking slightly less destroyed compared to earlier.]

"Good."
