Memory 53: Telling Kaname he is his own master
Memory goes here through the end of the chapter. Skip the parts without Zero.
What he learns?
- Kaname was attacking the Hunters HQ
- Kaname can also control the Bloody Rose!
- KANAME MADE THE BLOODY ROSE!!
- Apparently, Bloody Rose has a few more power-ups took look forward to.
- Kaname can also call back the blood that Zero once drank.
- Kaname tried to stab him, but another female vampire (Ruka?) intervened and got stabbed instead.
- WTF?
What this means in Aather?
So many confused feelings about being saved by a vampire... Both because Thorn doesn't mind at much, but he can tell his old self was pretty conflicted and shocked by it. Thorn doesn't like remembering how cold his older self was, even though he also knows Zero matured a lot from where he started. There are also INFINITE ISSUES with Kaname being able to control HIS CHOSEN WEAPON. AND THAT KANAME MADE IT. UGH. This whole memory is just one giant ball of uncomfy and disgusted feelings that ends it confusion and worry for Ruka. It kind of cancels out the positive self-assertion he makes about being his own master now. Grrrr. Fuck Kaname, man.
