Skill 4 - Supernatural senses (Vampire Ping)

While some of Zero's Hunter skills were trained into him, others he developed very early on. One of these is his supernatural sense, which lets him know when vampires and other dark non-humans are around. It basically PINGS HIM HARD and puts him on insta-alert. It's quickest with vampires, but because I like playing with these things, I'll say there is a slightly delayed reaction to dark non-humans.

This will be relatively unaffected by the power cap as it's innate.

This will ping for Pitch / Raenef of Jasper as of his first skill. He's always been a demon, but his skill was the power of his name so now he's dark-attribute and strong magically as well as demon. :|b
