[You feel a tug, insistent, demanding and desperate. Powerful enough that it seems it intends to rip you out of existence itself. And there is sensation of a barely restrained exasperated breath echoing in your ears you're taking too long, idiot...

Then it suddenly stops, the halted motion launching you face-first into a giving surface.]

[Having barely escaped Dandelion, you move forward. You can now see the prone forms of bodies lying just ahead of you, all over the place. There is also a watch.]

[As you enter the Ring, you notice that it is entirely surrounded by the ghostly figures of every Personae, all of them looking disdainful or menacing. You feel a great rage building in you...

The second thing you'll notice is the large silver wolf chained to the center of the Ring. The chain seems unusually strong, even as the wolf lunges desperately against them, driving a thick metallic collar deep into its throat. The wolf chokes with each lunge, clawing at the ground with its powerful paws and straining every muscle as much as it can. Its blood red eyes glow with desperation and fury.

But the chain isn't the wolf's only problem. It is being beset by an even larger black wolf, also sporting red eyes. This one sees to be made of the Darkness itself. It laughs with a gloating male voice as it continuously leaps at the silver wolf and then back out of reach, each time rending flesh so that the silver wolf is scarcely more than a mass of ugly wounds. Though the silver can barely stand on its trembling legs and abused body, it never stops snapping and trying to land any sort of attack on the black wolf. The black wolf shows no sign of injury or fatigue.

"Don't forget your place, knight. You can do nothing to me," the black wolf taunts.

Behind the combatants is a massively, tall wall of those pesky threads. And there appears to be something in the center...

But amid all this chaos, you might almost miss that your hunger has risen significantly.]

[swallowing hard and drawing his sword, then slowly paces towards the center of the ring]

[As you get closer, the wall of threads lights up a brilliant purple, blazing with Zero's symbol in the center.

The black wolf, however, ignores you and continues to savage the silver wolf.]

[makes his way to the chain holding the silver wolf and, if he's not interrupted, stikes it with his sword]

[From this vantage, you can see the silver wolf's collar is actually silver and the chain links are made of some very familiar precious stones in the usual team colors. Your sword strike dents the chain, but it doesn't seem to be enough to break it just yet.

The silver wolf just looks at you wildly and continues to fight against the chain, snarling at the black wolf.]

[The chain links strain under you assault but don't yet break, allowing the silver wolf to just barely reach the black one with a lunge. The black wolf jumps away swiftly, but the sudden attack is enough to land a swipe of fangs across its chest.]

[You hear footsteps behind you and then Ace's voice.]

"That was pretty stupid of you."

[And then a shot rings out and you feel a quick rush of pain in the back of your head before everything goes black...]
