I'm not sure if they're a bad thing or not. They're growing back which suggests a self-repairing deal and they're thorns, but thorns are also giant and spiky and painful.

"That's not very helpful, you know."

Interpreting psychological metaphors isn't my strong suit.

Oh, yeah, forgot to mention, he's wearing a mask.

Drift is tugging on Mikage a bit. :x]
