Memory 12 - Trivial Positive

What he learns?
- Other Hunters don't like or trust him
- He's with that man who was with him and Ichiru when they were younger. Definitely not his father. Trainer? The other Hunters seem to think he and the other guy think alike.
- He HATES the idea of letting the vampires party in Hunter territory. Yep, still an ass.
- The Hunters want him to be their PRESIDENT? Well... most of them don't want it, but that's the general plan. He think it's stupid.
- The Hunters don't trust his connections to some Kuran.... possibly Yuuki.
- Tamed by her? What does that even mean?
- He is the STRONGEST and MOST POWERFUL of all Hunters. Um, what? That's why they believe they have to make them their leader.
- The ball is to promote peace between the Hunters and vampire nobility. So, whoever the current leader is, he's pushing for peace. :|a
- But the other Hunters are still wary about actual chances for peace.
What this means in Aather?
Wow, the idea that people plan to make him their leader is just... wow. Not to mention that "Thorn" is less hot on being a Hunter anymore. But the realization that he is the most powerful of his kind is also startling, while encouraging since it means he has more powers to be remembered, ones that might be able to help him in protecting others. That the other Hunters dislike him is not surprising since he knows they'd resent a Hunter who is also a vampire. But that bit about being "tamed" is a little off-putting. It is also encouraging to see his group working for peace between them and the vampires. Despite prejudices, maybe things do get better back home...
This memory will not make "Thorn" any more believing of himself a leader since he disagreed with the choice in the memory as well, but it does tell him that he can be a force to be reckoned with. This doesn't sound like a bad thing if applied the right way.
