huntingMemory 2 - Angsty twin bedtiems with Ichiru

Ichiru: Why were we born as separate beings?

Ichiru: I wanted to be born... as one with Zero... not incomplete like this.
Ichiru: I wonder... why I was even born.
-- HUGGLE--
Ichiru: Ah!
Ichiru: Ouch... you made me hit my head. Zero?

Zero: Sorry... Ichiru.
Ichiru: It was just a little bump. You don't need to apologize.

Zero: **I don't know what to do... Ichiru.**

Zero **Even if I understand how Ichiru feels... I don't know what I can do for him... or what I should do for him.
Zero: **Ichiru... has been sickly since birth.**
Zero: **It's probably my fault.**
Ichiru: Hey, Zero. What are you thinking about?
Zero: **I stole something from my other half...**
Zero: **... while we were in mother's womb.**

Ichiru: Calm down. You won't become a cool, strong Hunter like this.
Ichiru: And... if there are things you can't tell me, tell Mother or Father about them.

Ichiru: Zero, there are things we can't tell each other... because we're so close. It's difficult.
Zero: Yeah.
Zero: Oh, you haven't taken your medicine yet.
Ichiru: I don't need them. Human doctors can't do anything for me.

Ichiru: I feel better when Zero is with me.
Zero's Mom: They slept together again... I'm home. Sorry for coming back late.
Zero's Mom: Sleep well, Ichiru...

What he learns?
- He has a twin brother. Ichiru. And his twin brother is very sick and very sad. :(
- He blames himself for his twin brother's sickness since he believes he stole part of Ichiru's vitality before they were born.
- They are still SUPER CLOSE. Ichiru seems pretty worried about him brooding.
- His name is Zero.
- He is a Hunter. While he sort of knew that before, it sounds like he was always meant to be a Hunter and has been training for it since he was very young. He is also starting to realize that he might be a very specific TYPE of Hunter. Say a... vampire hunter. Check the follow-up essay for more details on this.
- Parents. ;;
- GOD HE MISSES HIS BROTHER RIGHT NOW. This memory will probably make Zero feel a bit lonely and longing because twin. :((( And also more than a little worried about how his sick brother is doing if he's here. Want Ichiru. :(((
- This is the first memory Zero's had or heard of where he's NOT a jerk. So this is going to make him whether something happened to change that or if he's just nice to Ichiru because he's family.
